Below are a selection of VIDEO FILES, demonstrating Pre Arranged Sparring and Patterns.
These files have been posted on YOU TUBE and can be accessed through the YOU TUBE media player below.
When this page opens a “bar” may appear at the top of your screen saying that it has blocked certain content. You will have to “UNBLOCK” the content to view the VIDEO FILES.

TO ACCESS THESE FILES, DO THE FOLLOWING.
On the CONTROL BAR next to the “speaker” icon is a white triangle icon.
Click on this, then click on the lowest icon on the pop up menu. In the “search bar” type in nesttaekwondo (ALL ONE WORD) then click the search button. A menu will appear, click the Video you wish to view. When the video starts to play, the Player should return to “Full Screen”. At the end of the video, repeat the process to return to the NEST VIDEO menu.
Please note if you double click on the PLAYER it will direct you to the YOU TUBE site.
