We pride ourselves on providing quality tuition based on ITF Taekwondo.

Our structured classes offer training suitable for all levels from beginners to Black Belts.

We are a political free group interested only in traditional Martial Arts training based on respect and discipline, together with a modern day approach to teaching methods.

Our qualified instructors aim to produce competent Martial Artists both physically and mentally.

In our syllabus we teach traditional Taekwondo based on the ITF system.

Line drills to develop technique and coordination.

Free sparring under semi contact rules.

Pad training to develop focus and power.

Stretching exercise to develop range of movement and good posture.

Self protection techniques.

We conduct regular promotional gradings and have access to both regional and national tournaments.

N.E.S.T. Martial Arts Schools has a duty of care to safeguard all children involved in N.E.S.T. Martial Arts from harm. All children have a right to protection, and the needs of disabled children and others who may be particularly vulnerable must be taken into account. N.E.S.T. Martial Arts Schools will ensure the safety and protection of all children involved in N.E.S.T. Martial Arts through adherence to the Child Protection guidelines adopted by the Child Protection in Sport Unit C.P.S.U.

A child is defined as a person under the age of 18 (The Children Act 1989)
